Cancelling a Booking

This guide outlines how to cancel a booking. It applies to both corporate and public attendee bookings.

Click on the 9 dot icon on the top left corner of the screen, start entering 'book' in the search field and click on Bookings.

The Bookings screen is displayed. Use the filter and search to locate the relevant booking. Click on the link in the Booking column.

The Booking screen is displayed.

2. Cancel the booking

In the Booking screen, click the Cancel Booking button.

The Cancel Booking pop up is displayed.

Depending on the number of business days remaining until the course, a refund may or may not be available.

Complete the following fields:

  • Cancellation Date: Leave as today's date.
  • Reason for Cancellation: Select a reason from the drop down.

Click the Save button. The following message is displayed.

You are returned to the Booking screen.

All attendees in the booking are automatically removed from the booking, and the seats are freed up for other bookings.

3. Confirm the cancellation

The Status of the booking is updated to 'Canceled'.

 In Related List Quick Links, click on the Attendees link. The Confirmation Status of the attendee(s) is updated to 'Canceled'.

4. Process a refund/credit note if required

A refund or credit note will be required if the customer has paid for a public course.
