Sync Special Price
Special pricing applies to courses.
Complete this procedure to sync special pricing to a specific account.
Before you begin, you will need the 18 character account ID. You can find this in Salesforce.
1. Obtain the account ID
In Salesforce, search for the account that you want to sync. Click on the 9 dot icon on the top left corner of the screen, enter 'account' in the search field and click on 'Accounts'.
Open the required account and copy the 18 character ID in the URL e.g. '0012u00000LiSEAA3'.
Note: Account IDs always begin with '001'
2. Sync special price to the account
Return to the website.
In the Manage menu, select St John Tools > Sync Special Price.
The Sync a special price page is displayed.
In the Account ID field, paste the 18-character account ID you copied from Salesforce.
Click Sync.
