Why did I get an error message when I tried to activate my account?

If the customer gets the following error message when they try to activate their account, this means there is a mismatch between the date of birth (DOB) they entered and the one recorded in Salesforce.

1. Ask the customer to try again, taking care to enter their DOB correctly.

2. If they still get the same error message, validate the customer’s information and update the DOB in Salesforce, if required.
