Allow On Account Purchasing
Complete this procedure to allow a user to make purchases using their organisation's account. Any web user role may be given persmission to make purchases on their organisation's account.
A user will only be able to make purchases using their organisation's account if the account has been configured properly.
1. Search for the customer in Salesforce. See: Completing a Search.
2. Access the Contact screen for the customer.
3. Click on the Details tab and scroll down to the Web User Details section.
4. Tick the Order On Account checkbox.
5. Click Save.
You will be prompted to complete any blank mandatory fields when you save.
