Sync Specific Pricebook
Pricebooks apply to stock items.
Complete this procedure to sync a specific pricebook.
Before you begin, you will need the 18 character ID of the pricebook. You can find this in Salesforce.
1. Obtain the pricebook ID
In Salesforce, search for the pricebook that you want to sync, e.g. SA DEFAULT. Click on the 9 dot icon on the top left-hand corner of the screen, enter 'price book' in the search field and click on 'Price Books'.
Open the required pricebook and copy the 18 character ID in the URL e.g. '01s2u000000GubsAAC'.
Note: Pricebook IDs always begin with '01s'
2. Sync the pricebook
Return to the website.
In the Manage menu, select St John Tools > Sync Pricebook.
The Sync a specific pricebook page is displayed.
In the Pricebook ID field, paste the 18 character ID of the pricebook that you copied from Salesforce.
Click Sync.
