Why doesn't the system save my pre-learning answers?

Customer query: I started doing my pre-learning and got through some of it before logging out. When I logged back in, I couldn’t see any of the answers I’d already completed.

1. The customer is doing the non assessment pre-learning

The system does not actually know the progress of the student as the data isn't stored. Instead it relies on Browser caching to return the user to the point they can progress from. The customer can only continue their progress from the device and browser they were using when they commenced the training.

Direct the customer to use the same device and browser they started on.

If this does not work ask if they have recently cleared their history or incognito mode. If they have / were then their progress is gone and they will need to start again.

To avoid confusion, it is highly recommend that students use the same device when completing the online training.

2. Customer is doing the assessment based training

This system does not store their progress and requires a login. In the event of an issue, a ticket should be raised with National at [email protected].
